Experience
When I graduated from High School I joined the Army and became an EMT and a nurse. After eight years of service in the Army I returned to California to pursue my childhood dream of becoming a physician. I earned a B.S. in Biochemistry and minors in Criminal Justice and Law, Politics, and Society. I graduated on the Dean’s List at Cal State Fullerton (CSUF). Lastly, I was accepted into Wright State University School of Medicine and will start Fall 2019. My teaching experience consists of many medical classes while in the army, EMT courses to both adults and high school students, and tutoring other pre-med students at CSUF. Throughout my education in both my nursing and undergraduate programs I had to take many science courses. Due to my vast exposure to anatomy, biology, chemistry, genetics, psychology, and sociology I am able to share my knowledge with others. I am aware that everyone has a specific learning style. Usually, when a student does not grasp a concept it is not the material itself but the method it is presented to the student. Together, we will figure out the most effective approach for you to master the material.

Hobbies
I spend my free time with my 7 year old daughter. Together, we do lots of community services like feeding the homeless, exercising with families to promote an active lifestyle and teaching the community how our nutrition affects our bodies.
